Get away to a roomy 3-bedroom brick home with 160 foot water frontage and gorgeous sunset views.  Walk through a large gazebo as you enter the dock where you can dock your boat.  Three large bedrooms, featuring a total of 4 beds, sleeping up to 7 people.  Master suite has king bed with master bath.  Second bedroom has queen bed; third room has both queen and twin beds.  Main bathroom has large walk-in shower (handicap accessible.)  Kitchen has all of your cooking needs at your fingertips; beautiful views from the dining area and living room.  Enjoy the quiet mornings enjoying your coffee on the deck that stretches the length of the home.  Play during the day fishing or swimming off the dock.  Unwind at night enjoying the sunset and grilling some of your freshly caught fish on the gas grill!

Amenities include:  Central Heat and Air, kitchen has gas stove, fridge with icemaker and microwave, 10-cup coffee pot, cupboards stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and lots of other kitchen utensils.  Outside gas grill and gazebo overlooking the lake! 

Fish cleaning station, off street parking, along with enough parking for your boat trailer.  DirecTV and DVD player in living room.  Washer and dryer onsite.

Enjoy your watersports on Lake Murray!  Fishing, swimming, skiing, canoeing, just having fun.  Bring your boat and dock it right on the property.  Enjoy small town charm exploring Prosperity, just 10 minutes away, or drive 20 minutes and visit Chapin or Newberry, where the Opera House has lots of neat shows playing throughout the year.  If you want to get back to bustling activities, Lexington and Columbia are just 45-60  minutes away.
