Vacation Rental Description

This villa is named for Princess Aurora one of the most famous Disney princesses. She does indeed  
sleep in the peaceful and tranquil Sunset Lakes exclusive gated community built around two lakes, and  
has a fabulous lake view. Her name also reflects the star studded night sky; she is situated on  
Rising Star Court, and you will realise this is really apt, as you dine under the sparkling stars on  
the pool terrace. This luxury 4 bed villa is 3 miles from Disney gates! one minute from the busy,  
buzzy US192, yet magically hidden in the quiet surrounding conservation. A true Sleeping Beauty! 
 The villa has 3 sets of large sliding glass doors opening, from dining room, lounge and master  
bedroom  on to the south facing terrace with lake view and private pool!  
 Wake up and step out into the sun, and observe the wildlife on the peaceful lake....... 
 A  real suntrap, and a great pool to swim and cool down, or just have so much fun with the kids!  
 In the evening enjoy a drink, or barbeque to enjoy the evening sunsets. So relaxing............. 
Open up and bring the sunshine in, or take the living outside.... 
 
 The master bedroom has a queen size bed TV, and an ensuite with large shower and roman style bath,  
and walk in wardrobe with a safe available to guests, and has fantastic lakeview through the large  
slider doors...........  
 The second master has a double bed, ensuite shower, with vanity unit and toilet, and a view from the  
front of the villa, unoverlooked, very peaceful.  
The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each, and share a family bathroom which is decorated  
tastefully in a Disney theme, as is one of the twin rooms, very colourful with its professional  
Mickey theme! Kids and big kids love it! 
 This villa is perfect for two families with children, or for couples..........very romantic....

Vacation Rental Amenities

This villa has full air conditioning, and every room also has its own ceiling fan. So always nice and  
cool when you step in fom  the Florida summer heat...... 
 There is a fully equipped American style kitchen, with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer with  
auto ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, and a extensive range of  
cookware, tableware, so all set for snacks, meals, or takeaway!  
The washing machine, dryer, and iron are situated in the garage, and also childrens' games - air  
hockey, and foosball tables. Keeping those kids always involved....! 
There are also 2 adult bikes, 2 junior and 2 small child bikes which can be used on request....... 
The gas barbeque is situated on the terrace, complete with a good range of poolside furniture for  
eating and sunbathing. Fun in the sun, or a peaceful rest after busy shopping picking up those  
bargains, or an eventful day at golf or the parks! 
 Pool heating is available for the winter months should you desire at extra charge. So make the most  
of a sunny location, even in midwinter! 
All linens and towels including beach towels are provided.  
There is a generous range of baby equipment, including travel cot, high chair, stroller, baby swing, 
baby walker, carseat and booster seat, so the youngest family memeber and their mum! will be so  
content 
 The lounge has a jazzy theme with its pictures, and there is a king sofa bed settee, love seat,  
chaise longue, armchair and two small child seats, which can be used to open out into child size  
floor beds,so plenty of flexibility to sleep your family in comfort..... 
 There are two cable televisions, dvd & video player, stereo with cds, and a selection of books, CD's  
and DVD's to complete your relaxing stay! 
 The villa is fully managed by an efficient management company who will take care of any problems you  
may encounter.  
They provide the cleaning, gardening, pool service and are very local and helpful! 
An extra provided for guests at the villa is free unlimited worldwide phone calls!!!!!! and now also 
high speed internet connection!!!!!!!! (bring your own laptop)

Activities and Attractions

Sunset Lakes is minutes from Disney, so no long boring rides!  
All the other attractions, and excellent outlet shopping are 20 mins  
away. 
 Right on your doorstep is an excellent range of restaurants, inc The Outback, Red Lobster,Cracker  
Barrell, Fridays  etc, and close by good shopping facilities inc giant Walmart and Walgreens, both  
24/7, and also Publix - all the family favourites..... 
 There are excellent top grade golf courses within easy reach! try Mystic Dunes,very close, or  
Falcon's Fire not far......     
 Why not try someting different and visit Celebration? Disney's traditional American town; residents  
are all homeowners. It's a real town with a real feel! 
Dine overlooking the lake at some of the excellent restaurants there, Market Street Cafe, a typical  
American diner, or choose from Spanish, Italian or Japanese dining...... 
 Fantastic retro cinema with huge seats and the lastest films!!! Craft market on Sundays! 
 Or visit Old Town Kissimmee, with its speciality shops, and classic cars shows every Friday and  
Saturday.  
Brilliant music,Fascinting cars,and all free! Speciality shops.. 
 Or try Kissimmee Downtown, typical American town with high street of shops, dine at Joanie's,  
typical American diner, and then visit, especially if you have small children, the park overlooking  
huge lake with diverse widlife, and an excellent play area, and ice-cream parlor in an old railway  
carriage! 
 The powder white sands of the Gulf Coast are one and a half hours to the West, and it is a straight  
easy one hour ride to the Space Coast, with surfing, the Kennedy Centre  and excellent wildlife  
viewing opportunities including alligators! on the reservations there... 
 Sunset Lakes itself, a beautiful landscaped community with tree lined boulevards, offers a large  
community swimming pool with cabana, a childrens' play area, jogging track and fishing on the larger  
lake from the dock with a pretty gazebo. Great for just a gentle early morning stroll..... 
Sunset is wellknown for its spectacular sunsets, and sunrises, and on a clear night, the blanket of  
crystal clear stars studding the black sky. No light polution, or any pollution here. Relax and enjoy  
the natural beauty.... 
Waterbird watching around the lake is amazing, and changes with the seasons.

Vacation Rental Rates

£495 / $850 per week September  - February  (excl Xmas a &New year) 
£525/ $950 per week March - June (excl Easter 2 weeks) 
£550/ $1050 per week July & August 
£600 / $1100 Easter/ Christmas 2 weeks 
 
Enquire for daily rates; very pleased to deal with any enquiries 
Additional clean charge of £40 / $70 for stays shorter than 6 days 
 
Booking deposit £100 / $200 per week 
Full payment required 10 weeks in advance 
 
Pool heat, should it be required 75 pounds/$140 per week 
 
Security deposit £150 / $300 per week (can be given in the form of an check which will be returned  
uncashed) 
Returnable within 8 weeks of departure 
 
Payment accepted in £ or $ by personal cheque, or use your  
debit/credit card when booking through my booking company, who will then handle the entire  
transaction. 
 
On receipt of the full monies, information will be sent including how to reach the villa, and a  
number to access the gated community, and also a number to access the key box next to the front door,  
so you can gain access to the villa! 
 Check in whenever you like! after 16.00 on your arrival day. 
 Departure is required before 10.00 on departure day to enable time for maids to clean for next  
guests.
