This villa is named for Princess Aurora one of the most famous Disney princesses. She does indeed sleep in the peaceful and tranquil Sunset Lakes exclusive gated community built around two lakes; the gates are equipped with security cameras, and has a fabulous lake view. Her name also reflects the star studded night sky; she is situated on Rising Star Court, and you will realise this is really apt, as you dine under the sparkling stars on the pool terrace....

This luxury 4 bed 3 bath one storey villa is 3 miles from Disney gates! one minute from the busy, buzzy US192, yet magically hidden in the quiet surrounding conservation. A true Sleeping Beauty!

The villa has 3 sets of large sliding glass doors opening, from dining room, lounge and master bedroom on to the south facing terrace with lake view and private pool!Wake up and step out into the sun, and observe the wildlife on the peaceful lake.......
A real suntrap, and a great pool to swim and cool down, or just have so much fun with the kids!

In the evening enjoy a drink, or barbeque to enjoy the evening sunsets. So relaxing.............

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and an ensuite with large shower and roman style bath, twin vanities, and walk in wardrobe with a safe available to guests, and has fantastic lake view through the large slider doors........... 

The second master has a full bed, ensuite shower, with vanity unit and toilet, and a view from the front of the villa, unoverlooked, very peaceful.

The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each, and share a family bathroom which is decorated tastefully in a Disney theme, as is one of the twin rooms, very colourful with its professional mickey theme!
Kids and big kids love it......
 The other twin, newly decorated, has a vibrant surfing USA theme! and radio and CD payer...kids and teens ..all so happy......

They share a large family bathroom with 2 separate vanities and shower over bath..all in a fabulous Disney theme

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, lamps, laundry baskets, clocks, plenty of storage space, spare bed linen, and themed decor...

WE CHOSE this property for its fantastic location...so close to Disney and great range of eateries on your doorstep, yet so quiet....unbelievable!!!!

AND amazing position...south facing sun all day terrace...and stunning lake view........relax in comfort.....

This villa is perfect for two families with children, or for couples..........very romantic....

This villa has full air conditioning, and every room also has its own ceiling fan. So always nice and cool when you step in from the Florida summer heat......

There is a fully equipped American style kitchen, with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, and a extensive range of cookware, tableware, Disney kiddiware, so all set for snacks, meals, or takeaway!

The washing machine, dryer, and iron are situated in the garage, and also childrens' games - air hockey, and foosball tables. Pool toys..toddler toys...Keeping those kids always involved....!

There are also 2 adult bikes, 2 junior and 2 small child bikes which can be used on request.......

Fishing equipment! fishing is allowed on the lakes - please put fish caught back into lakes... so fish from your back yard!...or use the fishing jetty a little further up the lake......great stuff...

The gas barbeque is situated on the terrace, complete with a good range of poolside furniture for eating and sunbathing. Fun in the sun, or a peaceful rest after busy shopping picking up those
bargains, or an eventful day at golf or the parks!
Pool heating is available for the winter months should you desire at extra charge. So make the most of a sunny location, even in midwinter!

All linens and towels including beach towels are provided.
There is a generous range of baby equipment, including crib, travel cot, high chair, Costco stroller, and Winnie the Pooh stroller with shade, baby swing,
baby walker, carseat and booster seat, 2 child sun loungers, so the youngest family member and their mum! will be so content.........

The lounge has a cool jazzy theme with its pictures, and there is a king sofa bed settee, love seat, chaise longue, armchair and two small child seats, which can be used to open out into child size floor beds,... so plenty of flexibility to sleep your family in comfort.....
There are two cable televisions, dvd & video player, stereo with cds, and a selection of books, CD's and DVD's to complete your relaxing stay!

The villa owner is regularly in Florida , and pays personal attention to the decor and up dates for the villa...so the home is always home from home and beautiful.......

The villa is fully managed by an efficient management company who will take care of any problems you may encounter.
They provide the cleaning, gardening, pool service and are very local and helpful!

debit/credit card when booking through my booking company, who will then handle the entire transaction, for a very small payment!

On receipt of the full monies, information will be sent including how to reach the villa, and a number to access the gated community, and also a number to access the key box next to the front door, so you can gain access to the villa!and begin your beautiful holiday.....

Check in whenever you like! after 16.00 on your arrival day.
Departure is required before 10.00 on departure day to enable time for maids to clean for next guests.
