It's located at the top of the La Quinta Cove area, which borders a protected state reserve. You are just steps away from some of the most famous Mountain Hiking Trails in the area. Breathtaking views! The master-suite has built in desk area. It also has french doors leading outside. One guest bedroom as has a queen-sized bed and the other has a two twin beds. There is also a private entrance courtyard, with sparkling pool. Plantation shutters through out.

Any Electric or Amerigas over $125.00 each shall be paid by renter
Refundable Security deposit of $1000.00 required with signed rental agreement.
Remaining balance is due 60 days before check in. Cleaning fee is $150.00
