Vacation Rental Description

restored, updated kitchen and bathroom with newly purchased  
furniture.  
 
Lease term negotiable - from 2 days to 12 months and any length in  
between.   
 
Condo comes fully furnished with local phone, DSL and cable. All you  
need to bring is your clothes - or go shopping on Lincoln Road - 4  
blocks north of the studio. Four blocks east is the beach. Tons of  
clubs/bars/restaurants within walking distance.  
 
Public Parking garage is 1/2 block at $10 per day - no in-outs.  
 
Washer and Dryer on premised located outside the studio’s back door.

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 full size bed and a twin futon that can double as a bed. 1 full  
bathroom, full kitchen and dining room.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate is $90 per night -- $630 per week -- $1200 per month.  
Taxes are $9.90 per night. 
 
Deposit is 50% of total and no-refundable. It is due to confirm reservation. Remaining balance is  
due 1 day prior to arrival. 
 
Note: if reservations are made within 2 weeks or for less than a week, the entire balance is due to  
confirm the reservation.
