Beautiful NEW Large Lakefront Home, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, over 3000+ sq ft.   This house was designed and built for entertaining and family vacations in mind.  The main floor features a large open floor plan with wide “antiqued” pine wood flooring throughout.  The kitchen is equipped with custom maple cabinets, commercial series SS Kitchen-Aid appliances (double oven/MW, 6 burner gas stove top, pot-filler, dishwasher, 2 door refrigerator w/ lower freezer) farmhouse style granite double sink, and a workable Island.  The Great Room has high vaulted ceilings, massive stone gas fireplace with thermostat and auto features, leather couch, loveseat, chaise and matching auxiliary chairs.  An armoire houses a 42” LCD TV, DVD, and Satellite receiver.  The dining has table/chairs for 8.  Guest half bath with custom vanity, bowl sink, granite top, and oil-rubbed bronze facets.   The Master suite has large queen sleigh bed with special emphasis on the master bath, including heated natural slate tile floors, custom tile shower, free-standing contemporary tub with telephone style facet/handheld shower and custom vanity with bowl sink and oil-rubbed bronze faucets...a PERFECT spot to end the day! Makes an excellent Romantic getaway!  Adjoining the master bath is entrance to the laundry, equipped with Samsung front loading Steam Washer/Dryer. Thick treaded, logged railed staircase leads to the second level loft featuring a full-bath and #2 & # 3 bedroom.  The basement includes bedroom #4, full bath and entertainment room with 55" LCD TV, Blue Ray DVD, and 7.1 stereo surround for the gamer or family movie! 

Sleeping:  We have 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, day bed with trundle, and sofa sleeper.  We also have air-up mattresses available.  Rates are for 10 guest, there is a $10/night charge for guest exceeding 10.  

On site/Adj. property: Large backyard for games, BBQ’s, relaxing, and fire-pit gatherings. Bring your BOAT!  Very low traffic Cove with boat dock and private boat slip with Beaver Creek boat ramp only a mile away! Gentle foot path to the dock, paddleboat, Swimmers' ladder on dock - making getting out easy, getting in is the FUN PART!   Great for the whole family!

In-House: Fireplace, Central Air/Heat, Satellite TV, internet, Blue ray player, DVD player, CD, Stereo speakers throughout house including the rear deck/patio area, fully equipped kitchen (superior appliance package),coffee/cappuccino maker, pot filler, front loading washer/dryer, Electrolux 60 SS  gas grill (5 burners, rotisserie, side burner, and searing burner), Deck with bar seating, 32” & 55” TV’s, utensils, Linens, Security system. Kitchen is stocked with spices, and food.  All we ask is if you need something, place money in the "kitty" jar based on honor system.  If the kids wants some mac and cheese, throw a buck in the "kitty" and no worries.  All condiments in fridge are communial property.  This is suppose to be your vacation, so relax and enjoy!  Don't forget to write a review.

Offsite:  Golf, tennis, basketball, hunting, sightseeing, 25 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park (Zip-Lining/mountain biking/camping/rock climbing/river boat tours/canoing), 30 minutes to National Corvette Museum, 30 minutes to Kentucky Down Under (zoo), Kentucky Repertory Theatre, Barren River Lake Resort ,20 minutes to Dinosaur World, put-put golf, pony rides, alpine slides, at Guntown Mountain Attractions in Cave City.

Summer:  May 1 - Sep 30 $400/night, (2 night min stay)
*Memorial day, Glasgow Highland Games, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends require a 5 night stay minumum.

Off -Season:  Oct 1 - April 30 $250/night (2 night min stay).  This is a managed lake, meaning the lake is not full during off-season.  However, the stay is very enjoyable and relaxing.  

Payment: 

 50% of Total rent (rate + cleaning fee + 6% taxes + damage deposit) due at booking.

remaining 50% Balance due 30 days prior to rental.
 

Cancellations:
 60+ days prior to arrival date refund all monies paid excluding $300 deposit. 30+ days prior to arrival receives 50% of monies paid excluding $300 deposit.  Cancellations < 30 days prior to arrival are not eligible for a refund.
