Welcome to bay living at its finest. We offer an experience that is unique to a traditional beach vacation!  Harbor View is close enough to Ocean City to enjoy people watching, biking on the boardwalk, riding the carnival rides, swimming in the ocean, and eating lots of resort food but far enough away to feel the privacy and serenity of an ideal vacation. Watch as the peaceful bay comes alive each morning and enjoy the abundant wildlife just outside your windows. Have fun in the sun at the wonderful beaches and boardwalk located just minutes over the bridge. The street is a cul-de-sac, ending into a sandy beach perfect for viewing the shoreline of Ocean City and the boats entering the nearby marinas. Walk or take the shuttle to the town of Ocean City.

This is a beautiful, 4 BR, 3.5 Bath, 3,800 square foot rental with sweeping vistas of the Ocean City Skyline, Assawoman Bay, Assateague Island, clear to the Atlantic. Harbor View is conveniently located in West Ocean City adjacent to the bridge that enters downtown Ocean City. You will be minutes away from the beach, the boardwalk, the outlet stores, and the local golf courses. West Ocean City is known for its elegant restaurants and bars. Enjoy a romantic dinner while you take in the beautiful views of the inlet, harbor, and all of Ocean City’s upscale yachts. Spend a day shopping in the nearby outlets or play a round of golf at one of the local courses. Take a short drive to Assateague Island to see the wild ponies, and spend the rest of the day on the beautiful undeveloped beaches.

On the first floor of Harbor View, you will enjoy the game room equipped with a pool table, dart board, and custom bar.  Complete with a queen sized trundle bed and a full bathroom.  Two, twin roll away beds are also available for your convince on this level.

On the second floor, a luxurious master bedroom suite with a king size bed, and elegant bath can be found. Enjoy views of the marsh, marina and inlet off the large adjoining deck accompanied by a pillowtop hammock. Two additional bedrooms (both with a bunk bed  trundle set) are apparent on this floor as well, which share a full bathroom.

On the top floor of Harborview, one will enjoy harbor views from the spacious sitting room, and great room accented by beautiful hardwood floors and fireplace. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steal appliances and a deck overlooking the marina. An elevator takes you (and your luggage) between floors.

The trip to downtown Ocean City and the beach is very easy. Harbor View is located just
around the corner from the park and ride station; the fare is $2.00
for the entire day, and buses run regularly until 1:00 am. My renters
can walk to the park and ride with their beach bags and chairs and
easily take the less than 5 minute commute.  Driving your own car is
easy too.  The beach is just over the route 50 bridge which again is
less then 2 miles way.

From the family room, you can see boats leaving and entering Sunset Marina, which is about a 5-7 minute walk from Harbor View. Also in the area of Sunset Marina are great local restaurants including: Sunset Grille, The Shark, Crab Alley, and Captain's Galley.

From the back decks, you can see the boats at OC Fisherman's Marina, which is a 5-7 minute walk from Harbor View. OC Fisherman Marina features a gift store as well as Mickey Finns restaurant overlooking the inlet. In short, Harbor View is a perfect location for deep sea fishing excursions -- and sampling local fare!
