Spotless Cottage at Beach Dreams with lots of privacy in Wells

This cottage at Beach Dreams is one of the few with a lot of outdoor space.  You will appreciate the quietness and privacy this allows you, but you will be even more pleased with the cottage itself. 

The cottage has ceiling fans throughout and has all of the comforts of home including a garbage disposal.  There is a new brown leather couch in the living room that has a full size pull out bed with a new mattress.  The living room also has a TV and DVR with a nice hutch stocked with many games for you to enjoy during your visit. 

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a  TV.   The second bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds.  The three season porch has a table that seats six with a twin bed.  The kitchen has a second table that seats four people.  There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.  

Beach Dreams is a beautiful community located on 43 acres of land.  It has a large main pool area with a hot tub and a kiddie pool.  There is a second smaller pool area in the back of the property.   There are several other amenities including tennis and bocce courts, and a state of the art gym, and wireless internet access.  

It is located about 1 mile from Moody Beach and there is a Trolley stop right in front of Beach Dreams that will take you to other area beaches.  There is so much to do in this area!  There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing, beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!  

The rates for May, June, September, and October are $800.00 a week and $125.00 per night. The exception is June 22nd-29th the rate is $1,200.00 for the week.   The rates for July and August are $1,350.00 and is only available for weekly rentals.
