Vacation Rental Description

720 Balboa Court, South Mission Beach - Upper unit with two decks,  
ocean view and 100 feet from ocean sand! (near lifeguard tower 10) 
(may combine with lower unit 718 for larger groups) 
 
June thru Aug. - week minimum (Sat. to Sat.) 
Sept. thru May - four night min. 
 
Completely remodeled in 2003(orig. constr. 1985).   
Four bedroom two bath upper level unit, 1700sq. ft., two doors  
from the beach, one and a half, blocks from the bay and walking  
distance to the coaster in South Mission Beach, San Diego. 
    
The French doors off the living room open onto a the large upper deck 
with a beautiful ocean view.  The deck is furnished with table  
cairs, umbrella, lounge chairs, and grill.  The inside of the unit  
is bright and decorated with a warm cottage feel. There is a high  
speed internet connection, cable TV w/79 stations, VCR, DVD and  
stereo.  
 
The master loft suite has a queen bed.  The master loft sitting area  
is furnished with a queen size futon, and TV. There is also a back  
deck off of the master suite that with an ocean view.  
 
The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and bedrooms 3&4 each have two twin  
beds. Living room has a couch that is large enough for a person to sleep on too. 
 
The kitchen has all the amenities for a BBQ and basic meals.  The  
kitchen,living room and dining room all open onto each other, and to  
the large front deck.  The living room has a vaulted ceiling, and sky lights.

on Mission Blvd. and in the nearby parks.  
  
Sand chairs; boogie boards; and beach toys for the little ones.   
 
No Pets and No Smoking.  Maid service upon departure is included.

Activities and Attractions

Surfing camp, golf, water skiing, boogie boarding, sailing,  
canoeing, bike riding, and charter boat fishing. 
 
Nearby attractions include: 
Seaworld - 5 Minutes away 
The San Diego Zoo - 10 Min. 
Legoland - 30 Min. 
Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum - 10 mins 
 
Balboa Park, Gas Lamp District, La Jolla Playhouse,  
Birch Aquarium San Diego Wild Animal Park, Torrey Pines  
Golf course, and Palomar Observatory, are all within a short drive.  
 
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, the Queen Mary, Discovery Science  
Center are a two hour drive.  Universal Studios, J. Paul Getty  
Museum, Norton Simon Museum, Hollywood and the Sunset Strip are  
within a three hour drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

DEC. Special - $300 a night, (except Thanksgiving week) 
RATES                                                   
Feb. to May     weekly - $2000 to $2600 
                four nights - $1600 to $1800 
                              (summer 2009) 
June            weekly - $3400 to $3800  
July            weekly - $4000   
Aug.            weekly - $3400 to $3800  
Sept.           weekly - $2200 to $3000  
                four nights - $1500 to $2000 
Oct. to Jan.    weekly - $1800 to $2200  
                four nights - $1200 to $1600 
 
              
Refundable security deposit of $500 in summer, $300 rest of year, required to hold reservations.   
Payment in full due May 1st for summer dates, 60 days prior to arrival rest of year.
