The property has "BRAND NEW" furnishings throughout as well as exterior renovations completed in February 2012. Freshly painted inside and out for the 2012 rental season. New HD-TV and Blu-ray DVD players in EVERY room and free Wi-Fi. All lighting is new too!

1ST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms each with King beds and full bathrooms (one with a walk in shower). Queen sleeper sofa in living room
2ND FLOOR: 1 Queen jacuzzi suite. 1 King jacuzzi suite.
3RD FLOOR: 2 twin bunk beds. (sleeps 4)

Your family will love cooling off in the large private pool (heated $300) and relaxing as the sun sets behind the palms as they gather exculsively in our spacious tropical courtyard (with lounge chairs, ample outdoor dining furniture, & new gas grill)!

If the kids are ready to run around, take them in our wagon to the church playground one block north of the house! You can even pull the kids in the wagon the 1/2 block to the beach! They'll love it! 

We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25. The maximum occupants is 14.
