 We are offering our gorgeous and spacious, fully furnished 2 bedroom,  
2 bathroom, 2000 square foot villa located on a lovely lake in the  
private Naples community of Walden Oaks. Our home is loaded with  
sunshine to help you forget the cold and snow back home! 
 
 Walden Oaks is located on Airport road, between Pine Ridge Road and  
Orange Blossom Road in north Naples.   
 
 You will be minutes away from the best beaches, golf, shopping,  
movies, and dining that Naples has to offer.  
 
 Decorated in neutral wall and carpet colors with new furniture, wall,  
and accessory accents for the comfort of the owner and guests.   
 
 The master suite has a view of the lake, new premium king-size bed,  
double dresser, a walk-in closet, and a huge master bath with oval  
tub and separate large shower. 
 
 The guest room also has new king bed and a large closet with bi-fold  
doors.  An adjacent guest bath includes a full-size tub with shower.   
 
 The kitchen includes refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker, range, and  
oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and disposal.  
The breakfast area seats four. 
 
 The screened lanai with ceiling fan, tiled floor and lighting is  
adjacent to the living room through sliding glass doors.  
 
 The living room has a large sofa, a love seat, a tv, a coffee table,  
and one end table.  The dining area has a large glass top table and  
four chairs.   
 
 The crystal blue water of the heated pool area is a short walk away  
from our villa.  Lounge chairs, and bathrooms are provided. 
 
 The kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings when you choose to  
stay in. 
 
 The villa also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer,  
dryer, and sink.
