The Village of Blue Mountain is located in the Blue Mountain Beach Area in Santa Rosa Beach.

This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bath condo professionally decorated with upscale furnishings. There are queen beds in both bedrooms, a pull out sofa bed, a fully-equipped, open kitchen, a breakfast bar, spacious living area and patio.

This recently built community has an oversized, beautiful pool with lots of space for lounging, free wifi, and a fitness center. Blue Mountain Beach public access is about a ten minute walk away, a 3 minute bike ride or you can drive in about a minute - there is free parking, showers and restrooms.

You'll have the best of both worlds; enjoy the bustle of Seaside and Destin, then retreat to the quiet of Blue Mountain Beach just minutes away. Walk down to the Blue Mountain Creamery for some homemade ice cream and La Loba's bakery for organic sweets and sensational carry out meals. For the Health of It, a health food store and juice bar, McTigh's Irish Pub and Pizza Joint, Marie's Bistro and JC's Off the Hook are all within a few minutes walk.

You are close to Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach, with Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlour (ice cream), numerous restaurants and shops and a big open green space for kicking or tossing a ball around. Gulf Place also has open-air concerts featuring local musicians and in the spring there is a large Jazz Festival that attracts visitors from miles away.

There is a 23-mile paved bike path running alongside 30A; if you don't have a bike there are nearby rental shops.

Both saltwater and freshwater fishing abound: fish for bluefish, spanish mackerel, amberjack, grouper, red snapper, speckled trout, pompano, black drum, cobia, and, of course, redfish.

If you've never been to Seaside, you're in for a treat. It is a picturesque town with unique architecture, picket fences and homes tightly knit to encourage walking and a community feel. Its "walk-to-anywhere" design includes a gourmet food market, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, art galleries, and small boutiques all centered around a town square with an outdoor amphitheater. Seaside was featured in the 1997 motion picture The Truman Show.

If you feel like a change of pace, you can drive the 25 miles to Destin, where you can tour the Gulfarium (an aquarium with over 200 mammals, fish, birds and reptiles) take a Dolphin Cruise, go to the Hard Rock Cafe or shop at one of the more than 100 stores located in the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. In the other direction is Panama City Beach, where you can stroll the Boardwalk at the new Pier Park, with nearly 100 shops and restaurants, or try to get your name on the "best times" board at the Gran Maze at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park.
