This lovely, recently remodeled condo offers gulf front views without the gulf front prices. With the beach about 30 yards away, you can lie in bed at night and let the waves lull you to sleep. Open up your french doors in the mornings and enjoy coffee on your own private balcony, as you take in the spectacular view.
Summerspell is a beautiful, intimate complex with only 30 units, located across the street from Pompano Joe’s. The immaculately maintained lush landscaping features palm trees, tropical shrubs and flowers.
Accommodating up to six guests, this condo features a queen sized bed in the master, built in hallway bunk beds, and a pull out sofa. Prep dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Eat dinner in the comfortable dining area, or move outside to watch the kids play in the pool as you sip a cocktail and catch the sunset.
Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Miramar Beach, Summerspell has a seasonally heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ grilling area, and on-site laundry.
