Waikoloa Colony Villas - Recently Built in Waikoloa Beach Resort

Townhouse located in Waikoloa Colony Villas on Hawaii’s Big Island
is an idyllic vacation retreat. This two-story townhouse is fully
furnished and well-appointed with granite and marble countertops. It
features a private lanai, 17-foot vaulted ceilings in the living
area, includes central air-conditioning, and an enclosed garage. The
unit offers views of Mauna Kea, the Kohala Mountains, golf courses,
lava fields and views of the Pacific Ocean. This gated property is
situated on the 15th fairway of the resort's Beach Golf Course.
Clustered around a series of small intimate courtyards, the Villas
are designed to enhance privacy.

Amenities include 2 pools; a whirlpool spa; a clubhouse with party
deck, kitchen & lounge; a fitness center and a tennis court. All
pool areas feature barbeque grills. Anaeho'omalu Bay beach, commonly
referred to as "A" Bay by locals is located within the resort.
Several other beaches are only a short drive away.

The complex is located on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of
Hawaii in the Waikoloa resort area, which is 18 miles north of Kona
Airport. The 1,350-acre ocean-side resort features two championship
golf courses, luxury residences, spas, preserved cultural sites,
pristine beaches, ocean sports and the Kings’ Shops dining, shopping
and entertainment complex. The Waikoloa King's Golf Course was
designed by former British Open Champion Tom Weiskopf and Jay
Morrish. The Waikoloa Beach Golf Course was voted one of the "Best
Golf Resorts in America" by Golf Magazine. Kings Shops offers a
selection of over 50 shops, boutiques and restaurants. A few of
these include Macy's, Louis Vuitton, Whaler's General Store,
Merriman's Market Cafe and Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grille.

3 night minimum stay required.

Cleaning fee: $135.00 or $150.00 for parties of 5 or more

11.416% Hawaii State Tax applied to all fees

Damage Deposit: $400.00 (Refunded if no damage or excessive cleaning is noted or required)
