This newly remodeled "pottery barn" home is within walking distance to the Narragansett pier, seawall and famous Narragansett Towers.  It has 5 bedrooms, 2 new baths, an outdoor summer shower, large outdoor deck (12ft x 22ft), gas barbecue grill for entertaining as well as a charcoal grill, spacious yard with beautiful landscaping,  new kitchen with stainless appliances, a 40" flat screen tv in the living room, 2 other tv's, dvd player, ceiling fans, and beautiful hardwood floors.  There is central air conditioning, high speed internet and parking for 5 cars.  It is in a very convenient location located between 2 of the best beaches in the state (Narragansett Town Beach and Scarborough Beach). Rates for prime summer weeks- June 30- Sept 1 are $3400 per week. There is an early booking discount of $200 until March 31. A $500 deposit will hold your week. We will email you a lease which you can return with your deposit. We rent on a "first come, first served" basis and cannot hold a week without a signed lease and deposit. The bedroom configuration consists of 1 bedroom with a king bed,  3 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 bedroom  with  2 twins.  We also have a futon type of bed suitable for a child, and/ or an air mattress. A pack n play for an infant or toddler can also be suppied.
