This designer decorated and landscaped million dollar home is a
tropical retreat located in lovely Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in a
prestigious gated golf course community 15 minutes North of Palm Beach
International airport.  Elegantly decorated private home with pool,
fabulous antiques and beautiful Everglade views.  This is the full
upscale vacation package. There is a private golf course membership
available.  The golf transfer fee is $800. Complete spa facilities are
available including saunas, pools, work out facilities and tennis 
courts.  This is country club living at its finest. Only 2.5 miles

Vacation Rental Amenities

This property is outfitted with every amenity including a hot tub, a
poolside cabana/bar, gas grill on the patio, and a Cable line for
high-speed Internet access. 
The living room, MBR and Guest BR are equipped with Flat screen plasma
TV's, CD/DVD players for your enjoyment. 

Activities and Attractions

The activities in the area are numerous.  Besides the golf and tennis
in the area. The beach is only 10 minutes away. Here you can enjoy
deep sea fishing, swimming, sailing,sunbathing or other water sports. 

Also minutes away is the trendy new "Downtown at the Gardens" which
boasts fabulous shops, great restaurants including The cheese Cake
Factory and the Yardhouse Microbrewery, Whole Foods, and a cinema 
complex.8 Minutes to fabulous shops, the Gardens of the Palm Beaches
which includes Nordstroms, Macys, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue,
Gucci, Tiffany and many other stores.

20 Minutes to the restaurants on Palm Beach's famous Worth Avenue, the
Kravitz Center for the Performing Arts, the new exciting City Place,
and Norton Art Museum in West Palm Beach.
 
This area is known for consistent sunshiny days, palm trees, ocean
beaches, tennis, golf,boating, shopping and fabulous dining.

The town of Palm Beach- about 20 minutes away, is a 14 mile island,
and the seasonal home of America's wealthy (our equivalent of
royalty); it's a beautiful city to visit. It features
multi-milliondollar seaside mansions. It is also the site of the
Flagler museum, the former home of one of South Florida's pioneers.
 
It is a great location.

Vacation Rental Rates

Festive Holiday week including Christmas and New Year's Eve- December 
23- Jan 2 is $10,000.00.
Weekly high season rates are $7,000 per week.(November,December,
January,February,March,April)
Honda Classic week and Holiday Weeks- $10,000.00 per week
The Middle season rate is $6,500 per week ()May,June, October).
Weekly low season rates are $5,500 per week (July, August, September) 
 
This property is NOT available by the month.

Rental Policies
Housekeeping services are available for $125.00 per day and additional 
pool maintenance (which is supplied once a week) is available at 
$25.00 per instance. 
  Deposits
Advance Deposit may be made by check and is due at the time a 
reservation is made. The amount due will be exactly half the rent 
less the tax. Rental payment balance is due in full one month before 
arrival and may be paid by cash, check, bank money order, or 
cashier’s check . A Security Deposit of $1000 will be needed prior to 
arrival. 
This will need to be paid by cash, check, bank money order, or 
cashier's check (payable to Lisa Rose). This payment will be refunded 
within 15 days of departure, providing there is no damage or 
theft to the unit and all polices and conditions are followed. If 
repairs to the unit are required as a result of damage from your 
stay, the owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to offset the 
expense of the repairs. 

  Refunds
If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 45 days prior to your 
arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to 
cancel your reservations with less than 45 days prior to your 
arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we 
cannot, your Advance Rent Payment will be forfeited.
