Weekly high season rates are $928.00 per night/$6,500 weekly (Nov-June)
Weekly low season rates are $642.00 per night/$4,500 per week (July-October)

Holiday week are $7,000 per week (Xmas- New Years)

October 2009- May 2010 $18,000.00 per month

Rental Policies
Housekeeping services are available for $125.00 per day and additional pool maintenance (which is supplied once a week) is available at $25.00 per instance.

Deposits
Advance Deposit may be made by check and is due at the time a reservation is made. The amount due will be exactly half the rent less the tax. Rental payment balance is due in full one month before arrival and may be paid by cash, check, bank money order, or cashier's check . A Security Deposit of $1000 will be needed prior to arrival. This will need to be paid by cash, check, bank money order, or cashier's check (payable to Lisa Rose). This payment will be refunded within 15 days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit and all polices and conditions are followed. If repairs to the unit are required as a result of damage from your stay, the owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to offset the expense of the repairs.

Refunds
If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 45 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 45 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your Advance Rent Payment will be forfeited.
