Find your own world, 200 feet from the ocean and wide sandy beach, third house from the  
beach.Quiet, very private home with views of wooded parkland and sky. A comfortable house  
with private nooks and couches to curl up on.Living room, den, two bedrooms ,half 
bath and kitchen in main house, two bedrooms, full bath, laundry room and after swim  
shower steps away in adjoining cottage. All opening on tree shaded deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private sunning deck and tree shaded deck with picnic table,  BBQ grill. 
Electric range, side by side refrigerator/freezer,microwave,blender, toaster-oven,clothes  
washer/dryer,new TV /DVD/VCR, Satellite dish. All dishes, pots and pans, silverware. 
Chaise lounges,umbrellas.Bedding includes: two double beds, four twins, which can convert 
to Queen and King size if preferred. Linens included.

Swimming in Ocean and Bay, jogging, walking, windsurfing in Bay,sailing, fishing,tennis.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 27th - July 30 $10,000. rented by the month . August 1- September 3, rented by the month,$11,000. 
    ( Monthly rentals have five weekends, including Fourth of July or Labor Day) 
      Weekly rental in  July and August $2600. 
* Ask about discount for two or more week rental. 
  After rental cleaning fee, $100.
