Peak Season Rates:  March: $125/night, $850/wk, $3500/month                                                             (5 night minimum)

Deposits & Fees:

$500 Security Deposit, refundable one week after lease departure

$150 Cleaning Fee, non-refundable

$250 pet deposit, refundable one week after lease departure

$50 Pet Cleaning Fee, non-refundable

50% of total plus security deposit due at time of booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival

30-day cancellation policy: if rented within 30 days of arrival, entire amount is due upon booking.
