Ideal for quiet and relaxing family vacation in the northern coast of this beautiful island. 
This quiet family lodging is located only 25 minutes from San Juan Intl Airport (SJU), 
accessible through several routes. Minutes away of shopping centers (Beltz Outlets), casinos, hotels,
renowned golf courses in Rio Grande (such as Bahia Beach Plantation, Berwind Country Club, Coco 
Beach Golf & Country Club and Westin Rio Mar Beach), local restaurants and world famous tourism 
attractions such as Hipodromo Camarero horse racetrack, the Bioluminescent Lagoon and El Yunque 
National Forest. 
This beachfront vacation rental is minutes away from the town of Fajardo and ferries to the beautiful
islands of Culebra and Vieques, and other travel destinations.

- $700/week $100/day (low-season) 4 nights min. up to 6 guests
- $800/week $115/day (high-season) 4 nights min. up to 6 guests
- Low-season: Mar-May & Sep-Nov
- $10/day for each additional guest over 6
- $60 cleaning fee applies to all rents
- Discounts available for couples and military staying one week min.
- $150 refundable Security/Damage Deposit payable at check-in, reimbursed after check-out
- 35% of rent ($200 min) required in advance for reservation
- Check-in 3pm, check-out 12m, special arrangements can be done
- Full return (less $50 cancellation fee) if cancel in written at 
least 45 days prior to check-in, or unused portion return if the 
National Weather Service issues a tropical storm or hurricane 
warning for Puerto Rico, or if evacuation is ordered by authorities
