Vacation Rental Rates

Summer weekly rate: $3,500.00 plus 10% Occupancy Tax (for 2009) 
Rate should be sent 90 days prior to arrival 
Plus Security/Cleaning Deposit: $550.00: $150 non refundable cleaning/$400 security refundable (not  
refundable if cancellation made within 90 days of arrival) 
Check-in noon on Saturday 
Check-out the following Friday at 1:00pm
