house located in the upscale community of Jubilation. This is one of the few
areas that are undeveloped allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the nature and serenity
sounds of the ocean.

Handsome,wood floors and furnishings accent the ample rooms. As you enter the house from
the carport there is a spacious laundry room with a washer/dryer and utility
sink.  The professionally-equipped kitchen outfitted with white appliances also features a full-length breakfast bar with seating for 2. The warm color scheme throughout the house gives the
house a since of calm and relaxing feeling. In addition to the countertop space, there is a dining table that can accommodate 8. The comfortable living
room provides plenty of seating around a full entertainment center as well as a
queen sofa sleeper for added sleeping space.

On the second floor, the well-appointed master bedroom holds a king-sized bed, gorgeous
fireplace, custom built in shelves, flat screen television and DVD player and a
private bath with double sinks, and a shower that you will never want to leave.
Enjoy the priceless sunsets on the private screened in front porch off the
master. There is also a full bath and two more bedrooms on this floor, one has
a queen bed with a flat screen TV and second bedroom features two comfy twin
beds with TV and DVD player.

On the third floor, there is a bonus room which is a great from for kids to play.
There is a full size bed in here as well.

Come enjoy the gorgeous pool looking out to the gulf and clubhouse which has really
nice bathhouses as well or walk down to the miles and miles of endless sugary
white sand beaches and beautiful gulf waters. Relax and listen to the serenity
sounds of the ocean, take a walk along the shore collecting sea shells, watch
the dolphins explore the gulf, the sea turtles hatching their eggs and much
more!
