Moonridge La Finca: 

Sleeps 10-11, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Huge new back deck with Jacuzzi, BBQ/Picnic/Hammock area.  Parking Winter 3 vehicles - Summer 5 vehicles.

La Finca (The Country Home/The Ranch) is embraced by spacious surroundings and forest views. It is located within walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, the golf course and Moonridge Animal Park, and a 2 miles drive to the village, restaurants and shopping centers.

Amenities include FREE phone/voice mail with nationwide calling and WIFI/wireless broadband connection, cable, HD TVs/DVD/CD and I-Phone/I-Pod players. Large wrap-around deck with barbecue.

First Floor:

• Family/Game Room with a 42" TV w/surround sound, 2 recliners; and 1 sofa sleeper-queen (Sleeps 2); air hockey table, and a wood burning fireplace; 
• Guest Bedroom (Sleeps 5) a queen bed, and bunk bed w/double/twin; a full bath with jacuzzi tub; and a laundry closet with new washer/dryer.
• Laundry Closet with heavy duty washer / dryer.

Second Floor:

• Master Bedroom has a king size bed (Sleeps 2). 
• Guest Bedroom has a full bed (Sleeps 2). 
• Living Room has 1 recliner, sectional sofa, a 38" HD TV with surround sound, and a wood burning fireplace.
• Kitchen is full stocked (includes seasonings) with new appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots/pans.

Moonridge La Finca comes with fresh towels, and beds are made up with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets. Our dedicated cleaning crew has the home clean and ready before your visit and does the cleaning after your stay.
