Vacation Rental Rates

Nov 1, 2007-April 30, 2008 = $275.  per day/weekend min 3 nights 
Nov 1, 2007-April 30, 2008 = $1500. per week, $4200. per month  
May 1, 2007- oct 30, 2007 = $1,000 per week, $3600. per month

LAST MINUTE SPECIALS ARE AVAILABLE -  Call  
for special discounted rates 
 
prices are in US dollars and based on 6 people. Additional charge of  
$200 for groups of 8 (per week). Maximum 8 people. 
All bookings require $500 damage/reservation deposit. A non- 
refundable $125 cleaning fee will be added to the rental rate.  
Balance will be refunded within 14 days if no damage has occurred.
