Vacation Rental Description

4 Bed/4 Bath (plus loft) 3600 SqFt luxury home built in 2002 
Gourmet kitchen completely supplied, including: Cuisinart, coffee  
grinder, blender, bread-maker, mixer, more than ample supply of  
placesettings in ceramic and plastic, two ovens, gas cooktop with 5  
burners, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven,  regular toaster, 2  
refrigerators, 1 large freezer for guest use, gas and charcoal  
grills outside 
 
Dock follows the water levels - so we will always have plenty of water. We are on a point, not  
located in a cove. 
 
Onsite entertainment: DSL and desktop computer with games,  4  
satellite TV connections, 2 VHS players, 3 DVD players, tons of VHS  
family movies and books, 2 cd stereo systems,  I-Pod Tower speaker  
system with recharging connection, Ping-pong under outside deck,  
several table games, basketball hoop, croquet,  separate rental for  
deckboat with ski pole and 175 horsepower motor (capacity for 13)  
should you not want to bring your own; Rollerblade your way down the  
gentle 500+ feet of pavement (street to lake) leading to double  
deck "Party Dock" with slide and swim area. Privacy from neighbors  
(boat tie up on two sides of dock). 
Spacious: 2 Handicap accessible baths on main floor; bedrooms and  
many closets over-sized; Patio table seating for 14 (3 tables);  
Upper dock table seating for 12; Family room, dining, and kitchen  
are one large continuous, open space; Sleeps up to 17  - 12 adults  
and 5 kids (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Double, 3 Singles- bunk +1, Queen  
Futon, two daybeds and two roll-aways); jacuzzi tub and shower and  
double sinks in master bath; Parking for 5 cars; screened porch  
accessible from master and patio 
 
Supplies: Plenty of linens, washer and dryer in large laundry room,  
spices, sundries, cleaning items
