5BR/4BA "Sea Grape" Villa is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This large one-story recently-renovated (and added onto) villa offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront pool and a very sandy beach with plenty of palm trees and a thatched gazebo.
Long walks can be taken in either direction. Pool shoes/fins required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment. Sea Grape is a wonderful value vacation home. No pretense or fancy marble floors, Sea Grape is a large, roomy beach house in Grand Cayman for a reasonable rate. If sandy little feet run into the house, we have a broom...no worries.
Many oceanfront windows and sliding glass doors to the sea flood Sea Grape with Caribbean sunshine year round. Game room with TV, bar and small pool table. Newly added oceanfront screened porch with sectional sofa, dining area and pool with deck. Great room with kitchen, additional dining area and many seating options overlook the ocean as well.
