3BR/3BA "Fingertip" is directly soundfront in Cayman Kai (within Rum Point) on the north coast. This one story, extremely private villa is a great anniversary or honeymoon choice. Offering a barefoot swimming beach amid palm and Casuarina pine trees, guests can swim while enjoying some shade from the Caribbean sun. 3BR Fingertip is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and the chances are that you will not see a soul on your beach the entire stay.

Many oceanfront windows and sliding doors to the screened porch provide panoramic views of the azure waters off of Cayman Kai. The 24 feet of sliding glass doors disappear into the walls to join the screen porch with the main living area...allowing a cross-breeze in winter to cool the house when A/C is not necessary. 

The property ends in a white sand barefoot beach, with lounge chairs and a hammock under the trees. Charcoal BBQ is also included. The interior offers a modern kitchen and dining area, central A/C, and WiFi Internet access. There is also a Plasma TV and a stereo in the living room. A dedicated parking space is available out front.

(1) Oceanfront King Master Suite; (1) Oceanfront Queen Master Suite and (1) Twin Bedroom suite. The two masters open to the screen porch.
