This absolutely beautiful GULF FRONT VIEW condo has been completely
renovated and refurnished. EVERYTHING is BRAND NEW! This condo is
located directly on the gulf of Mexico on beautiful Fort Meyers
Beach. The condo is in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex on
the quiet end of the island. Directly in front of the condo is a
bird sanctuary that is home to up to 15 different species of birds
that can be viewed right from your very own balcony. There are 7
miles of white sand beach that can be accessed by either walking
through the beautiful mangroves or around them. Direct views of the
gulf and SanibelIsland are breathtaking and are yours while here.
This is a newly renovated and completely refurnished one bedroom
condo that is DIRECT GULF FRONT. The condo has sliding glass doors
opening to your own private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico
and the sites of Sanibel Island. A tropical bird paradise can also
be viewed from this balcony.
This is a one bedroom condo with a king size bed and sofa sleeper
that can accommodate 4 to 5 guests. The bathroom has a 36” door and
pedestal sink to provide enough room for a wheelchair. It is
completely tiled throughout and has all the appliances needed in the
kitchen for those times you may feel like eating in. A TV with
DVD/VCR player is there for your enjoyment, along with movies, books
and games for all ages. We now have wireless Internet available also.

Activities and Attractions
The Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a heated swimming pool and 4
tennis courts. There are outside BBQ grills for all guests.
The complex is located across the street from the marina, which
offers boat rentals, one-day boat trips to Key West and a casino
boat for you lucky visitors. Jet ski rentals, parasailing, bicycle
and scooter rentals and water-skiing are available close by.
Santini Marina Plaza which has a number of stores, restaurants, a
bank, a drug store and post office are across the street. For the
golfers, the public golf course is just a few steps away.
We are close to the Edison Museum and Tanger Outlet Mall and the
Boston Red Sox hold spring training in Fort Meyers. A trolley runs
the entire length of the island and stops right in front of the
complex with the fare of only 25 cents!!
This condo is only 20 minutes from Fort Meyers airport. We are
located on the south end of the island, which is the “quiet end” for
the perfect, relaxing vacation paradise.
Vacation Rental Rates
•Rates subject to change without notice.
• 12/15/07-04/05/08 $950 weekly plus 11% Florida tax of $104.50.
• 04/05/08-12/20/08 $550 weekly plus 11% Florida tax of $60.50
• 12/20/08-04/04/09 $975 weekly plus 11% Florida tax of $107.25
• 04/04/09-12/19/09 $575 weekly plus 11% Florida tax of $63.25
All cleaning fees are included!! No extra charges.
• Discounts for extended stays.
A $200 deposit/breakage fee is required with reservation for 1
week. A $400 deposit/breakage fee is required for
rental stay of 4 weeks or more. This is in addition to the weekly or
monthly fee but is refunded back to you upon inspection of the condo
after your departure.
Pets up to 20 lbs. permitted with $50 weekly fee.
Check in is 3 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m.
Stays are from Saturday to Saturday (may make exceptions during low
season).
