The kitchen has stainless steel Viking appliances, built in microwave, beautiful granite countertops and plenty of cabinet and counter space for preparing and storing food. Just next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. The living room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, fireplace, 2 chairs and a beautiful mounted flat screen TV. The patio located on the sand has an umbrella, table that seats 4, fantastic ocean views and a gas BBQ, perfect for cooking for family and friends!
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, fireplace, mounted flat screen TV and a sliding glass door that leads to an oceanfront balcony.
