Enjoy your vacation at the beach! This spacious 3 bedroom oceanfront single family home is located on the sand on the corner of Orange and the ocean. This home is walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals and shops. It features a huge front patio, beautiful ocean views, new bedding, outdoor shower and 2 parking spots.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a couch, coffee table and a sliding door that leads to the oceanfront patio with a table, chairs, BBQ and incredible ocean views. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a bunk bed, double on bottom and twin on top.
The second floor has the main living room, fireplace, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and the master bedroom. The living room has a spacious plush L-shaped couch, coffee table, chaise lounge and several recliners for enjoying the fantastic ocean views. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. There is a dining room table that seat 4 with 4 additional seats up at the kitchen breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoined bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There are 2 queen sized sofa beds in the living room.
There is a washer and dryer and 2 parking spots in the garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.
