The living room has 2 couches, coffee table, fireplace, 1 armchair, flat screen TV and phenomenal ocean views! There is a new dining room table that seats 4 with 3 additional seats up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The patio has a table that seats 4, fire pit and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! The beach volleyball courts are right in front of the house, perfect for playing or watching a game!
The master suite has a king bed, dresser, closet and ceiling fan. It also has a nice adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and granite countertops. The second bedroom has 1 full bed with new bedding and decor. The third bedroom has 2 single twins. There is a full bathroom between the second and third bedroom with nice countertops and walk-in shower. There is a queen futon in the livingroom.
