The third and fourth bedrooms are adjoining, featuring a full bed in each. The door in the rear full bedroom connects to the back portion of the home which can be rented separately during the winter. This back portion has two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower tub that is located at the end of the hallway.

There is a compact galley style kitchen with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator which serves the back unit. The living room has a queen futon, TV. There are four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The back portion of the home can be accessed by an exterior door, which leads to an interior stairway to the second floor.
