This cute single-family cottage is perfect for a beach vacation! This 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home features a great front patio, 2 parking spots, fireplace and new appliances.
The airy and bright living room has hardwood floors, a comfortable couch, two wicker chairs, flat screen TV and a fireplace. The kitchen has a built in oven and stove top, new refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a bench style dining table that seats five.
The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, queen on bottom and twin on top. There is a second full bathroom between the second and third bedroom.
The outdoor patio has a table with an umbrella that seats six and a charcoal BBQ that is perfect for cooking for family and friends. It is located just four houses off the beach and walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and bike rentals! Non coin-operated washer and dryer in laundry room.
There is two car garage parking and extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.
