Relax in the sun at this spacious 3 bedroom oceanfront single family home! Located on the sand between 63rd and 64th street, this home is walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals and shops. This house features a huge front patio, beautiful ocean views, tile floors, new bedding and 2 parking spots.
The main living room is downstairs. It has a plush L-shaped couch, fireplace, coffee table, an armchair, TV and a sliding door that leads to an oceanfront patio with a table, chairs and incredible ocean views. There is a dining room table that seats 4. The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, dual sink, oven and plenty of counter space for storing and preparing food.
There is 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a full size bed located on the ground floor. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoined bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed. The upstairs living room has a couch, 2 armchairs, wet bar and a sliding glass door that leads to a spacious upper deck with table, chairs and incredible ocean views! There is another full bathroom between the second and third bedrooms upstairs. The third story is a loft with 2 full size futons.
There is a washer and dryer and 2 parking spots in the garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.
