The kitchen, a full bathroom, living and dining room are located downstairs and 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The living room has 2 comfortable couches with a coffee table, fireplace, armchair and a TV. There is a dining room table that seats 6. The recently updated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, dual sink and plenty of counter and cabinet space for storing and preparing food. There is a courtyard next to the dining room with a fountain and seating. The front patio has a table that seat 6, an umbrella and a charcoal BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The spacious master suite has a queen bed, TV, sitting area with a couch and beautiful views of the bay! It has an adjoining bathroom with new tile and shower-tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. It has sliding glass doors to an outdoor deck with a table and chairs. The third bedroom has 2 single twin beds with a closet, great for hanging clothes. There is another full bathroom between the second and third bedrooms.
There is a washer and dryer and 1 parking spot in the garage along with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and extra beach gear.
