Soak up the sun at this beautiful 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom upper luxury property. Located just east of the Balboa Pier, this house is perfect for a family and friend getaway! This property features a private laundry room, ocean views, Jacuzzi tub, marble fireplace and gourmet kitchen.
The living room is spacious and bright with a couch, two arm chairs and a mounted flat screen TV. The dining room has a big glass table that seats six with addtional seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has nice granite countertops, Viking appliances, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counterspace for storing and preparing food.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a mounted flat screen TV. It also has an adjoining bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and two vanities. The second bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV and third bedroom has two single twins. The couch in the living room is a Queen size sleeper sofa. There is a private laundry room with plenty of storage for beach towels and clothes.
The outdoor balcony has a stainless steel gas BBQ, table and chairs. There are gorgeous 180 degree ocean views of the Balboa Pier and Catalina Island.
There are two tandem parking spots in the garage with extra space for bikes, surfboards or other beach gear. You are in walking distance to the Balboa Pier, 'fun zone', Balboa Island Ferry, restaurants & shops.
