This 3 story home features a courtyard, huge outdoor deck, 2 car parking, fireplace and a gas BBQ.
There is a courtyard, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms located on the first floor. The courtyard has a table that seats six and a bench. One bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds; second bedroom has 2 single twin beds, stacked perpendicular. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
The living room, kitchen, half bathroom, outdoor deck and dining room are on the second floor. The living room has a big L-shaped couch, coffee table, fireplace, 3 chairs with an ottoman and a TV. There is a dining table that seats six. The kitchen has a dual sink, microwave, built in stove, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. There are 5 chairs up at the kitchen counter for eating, along with a built in bench-style table that seats up to seven. The outdoor deck has a wet bar with a mini-fridge, table, chairs and a gas BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The master bedroom is a loft located on the third floor. It has a queen bed, small private balcony and an adjoining bathroom.
There are 2 parking spots and a washer and dryer in the garage.
