It is designed for children with plenty of open space on the floor to play along with and a 32” safety-strapped flat screen TV and DVD player for their entertainment. While the children settle in this space you can enjoy an evening with a glass of wine.

This single family home has a laundry closet, with a new full-size washer and dryer, located adjacent the kitchen. There is a closet that houses a vacuum and cleaning supplies with plenty of room for storage.
