The living room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, fireplace, armchair and a flat screen TV. Breathtaking views from the large floor to ceiling windows, perfect for looking out at Catalina Island, the ocean and sunsets! There is a dining room table that seats 6 where you can eat and look out at the beach. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, dual sink, tile floors and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. There is an outdoor deck with a BBQ, great for enjoying the sunsets and cooking for the family and friends!
The master suite has a queen bed, closet, TV and a new adjoined bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have 2 single twin beds with new bedding. There is a queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room and another full bathroom between the second and third bedroom.
