Enjoy the ocean at this 4 bedroom ground floor beach house! Located on the boardwalk between 35th and 36th street, this home is walking distance to the Newport Pier, shops, restaurants and the grocery store. It features an outdoor patio, charcoal BBQ, ocean views and TV.
The living room has 2 sofas, coffee table, tile floors and TV. There is a dining table that seats four. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. The outdoor patio on the boardwalk makes it easy to people watch and walk to the sand.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen and third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single twins. The back twin bedroom does not have a separate entry; the entry is through the first twin room. There are two full bathrooms.
There is a washer and dryer and 1 parking spot in the garage. There is extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.
