This two-story upper condo has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms + a Loft. Located just two houses from the beach, you get exceptional ocean views from the upper patio and rooftop deck. It features a fireplace, new stainless steel range/oven, BBQ and washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has one single double bed and one single twin bed. There is a separate bathroom located outside of the second bedroom. Upstairs there is a loft with one single double bed and one single twin bed. There is a wet bar and sink in the loft as well. The couch in the living room pulls out to be a queen sofa bed.
The kitchen has been recently updated with a new stainless steel range/oven, microwave and fridge. There is a dining room table that seats four and an additional two seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. There are two couches and a coffee table in the living room and sliding glass door that leads to a patio with ocean views. The rooftop deck can be entered from the loft. It has beautiful views of the beach too, with a patio table that seats four.
There is a private washer and dryer located in the unit and parking for one spot in the shared garage (doesn’t fit an SUV).
