This bright and airy 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom lower unit is located just two houses from the beach! It has a great spacious outdoor patio with a gas BBQ, perfect for cooking for friends and family. It features a fireplace, ocean views, TV’s, dishwasher and private washer/dryer.
The master has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with nice countertops and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a nice mirrored closet, perfect for hanging clothes and storing shoes. There is a separate full bathroom located outside of the second bedroom. The couch in the living room pulls out to be a queen sofa bed.
The kitchen has brand new granite countertops, dishwasher and convection/microwave oven. There is a dining room table that seats four and an additional two seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. There are two chairs and a couch in the living area, along with a TV and fireplace. There are carpets in the bedrooms and nice tile throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas.
There is a private washer and dryer located inside the house. There is parking for one spot in the shared garage (doesn’t fit an SUV).
