Just steps to the beach! Come stay at this 3 bedroom upper oceanside condo! Located on Seashore Drive, between 50th and 51st Street, this upstairs unit is walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals and shops. This condo features all 2 decks, spacious bedrooms, tile floors and dishwasher.
The living room has a couch, coffee table, flat screen TV and a sliding door that leads to the outdoor deck. There is a dining room table that seats 6 with 3 additional barstools up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is open with a built in stove and oven and plenty of counter space for storing and preparing food. The outdoor deck has a table, chairs and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 armchairs, adjoining bathroom and a sliding door that leads to the second outdoor deck with chairs and a table. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single twins. There is another bathroom between the second and third bedrooms. The couch in the living room pulls out to be a full size sleeper sofa.
There is a shared washer and dryer in the downstairs laundry room and 2 carport parking spots.
