This condo features a private outdoor balcony, updated furnishings, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, new bedding and gorgeous ocean and sunset views!
The living room has 1 couch, coffee table, fireplace, 3 armchairs, flat screen TV and phenomenal ocean views! There is a new dining room table that seats 4. The kitchen has brand new countertops, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The patio has a small table, chairs and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! There is an outdoor shower near the back of the house for rinsing off sand.
The master suite has a queen bed, dresser, TV and vaulted ceilings. The second bedroom has 2 single twin beds with new bedding and decor. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a shower-tub.
There are 2 parking spots, 1 uncovered carport and 1 in the garage. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room that is shared with the upstairs unit.
