This condo features a private outdoor patio, updated furnishings, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, new bedding and gorgeous ocean and sunset views!
The living room has 2 couches, coffee table, fireplace, flat screen TV and ocean views! There is a new dining room table that seats 4. The kitchen has brand new countertops, dishwasher, built in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The patio has a table that seats 4, an umbrella and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! There is an outdoor shower near the back of the house for rinisng off sand.
The master suite has a queen bed, dresser, TV and an arm chair. The second bedroom has 2 single twin beds with new bedding and decor. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a shower-tub.
There are 2 parking spots, 1 uncovered carport and 1 in the garage. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room that is shared with the upstairs unit.
