The living room has 2 couches, new tile, coffee table and flat screen TV. There is a dining table that seats six with additional chairs up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a dual sink, granite countertops, dishwasher, built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The outdoor patio has 2 tables, chairs and a gas BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is another full bathroom between the master and second bedroom. The couches in the living room pull out to be 1 queen and 1 twin sleeper sofa.
There is 1 parking spot and washer and dryer in the garage. This condo is walking distance to the Newport Pier, grocery store, bike rentals, shops and restaurants!
