Located on Balboa Blvd, between A and B Street, this upstairs unit is walking distance to the Balboa Pier, playground, Balboa Ferry and the Fun Zone. This condo features all tile floors, cathedral ceilings, dishwasher and flat screen TV.
The living room has a couch, coffee table, fireplace, flat screen TV and a sliding door that leads to the outdoor patio. There is a dining room table that seats 6 with 3 additional barstools up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is open with a built in stove and oven and plenty of counter space for storing and preparing food. The outdoor deck has a table, chairs and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have bunk beds; double on bottom and twin on top. There is another bathroom between the second and third bedrooms.
There is a shared washer and dryer and 1 parking spot in the garage.
