Relax and enjoy this beautiful luxury oceanfront lower unit on the Newport Beach Peninsula. This 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom condo is perfect for a beach vacation! The property features a Jacuzzi tub, spacious outdoor patio, laundry room, 2 car parking and top-of-the-line kitchen.
The living room has 2 couches, armchair, nice tile floors and a flat screen TV. There is a dining table that seats four with addtional seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances and two dishwashers.
The private oceanfront patio has a table and chairs with a 180 degree view of the beach, Catalina Island and gorgeous sunsets. There is a built in stainless steel BBQ, making it easy to cook for family and friends.
The Master bedroom has a king bed with a mounted flat screen TV. It has an adjoining bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub where you can relax and soak up the feel of being on vacation. The other two bedrooms have one queen bed and two single twins. The couch in the living room also pulls out to be a full sofa bed.
There are two tandem parking spots in the garage with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear. You are in walking distance to the Balboa Pier, 'fun zone', Balboa Island Ferry, restaurants & shops.
