Enjoy your vacation at this 2 Bedroom + Den Peninsula Point single family home! Located between I and L street, this home is walking distance to the beach and Balboa Pier. This home features a private outdoor front and back patio, cottage furnishings, new bedding, and close to the beach!
The living room has 2 couches, coffee table and a TV. There is a dining room table that seats 4. The kitchen has a dishwasher, built in microwave, stainless steel oven and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The front outdoor patio has wicker chairs, and the back patio has a table that seats 4, umbrella and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. There is a full bathroom between the living room and the kitchen. There is a den that is detached that has a queen bed and a full size sleeper sofa with an adjoining bathroom.
There is a washer and dryer and 1 carport parking spot.
