Come stay at this 4 bedroom upper unit that’s just 1 house from the beach! Located between 36th and 37th street, this corner unit is walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Newport Pier, grocery store and bike rentals. This home features 2 patios, new furnishings and 2 parking spots!
The living room has a sofa, coffee table, 2 loveseats and a TV. There is a dining room table that seats 6 with 4 additional seats up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a dishwasher, dual sink and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. There are two patios. The front patio has chairs, ocean view and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! The second patio is off of the back bedroom, which has a table that seats 4 and an umbrella.
The master suite has a queen bed with nightstands and a dresser, great for storing clothes. The second bedroom has a queen and the third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single twins. The sofa in the living room pulls out to be a queen sleeper sofa. There are 2 full bathrooms.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and two carport parking spots.
