relieve everyday stress. Descending into the lower level of this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps 10, the comfy couches invite you to relax. A Queen sleeper-sofa is located here to accommodate additional guests. There is an elegant tile gas fireplace in this family room to warm you on chilly evenings. A game table, a big screen TV, WIFI and DVD player are all available on this level for family entertainment.
The tasteful and fun décor adds to the ambiance of this room. This lower level includes a tiled bath with a claw foot tub and shower. There are 2 bedrooms on this level; one with a Queen bed and mural and the other with bunk beds, large, over-sized leather recliner and oak rocking chair.
The large laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on this lower level.

As you ascend the steps to the upper main level, the wrap-around Trex deck pulls you back to the great outdoors, where you can enjoy the privacy of the large yard.
The deck, which includes a gas grill and wrought-iron table and chairs allow you to take in the lovely view of the mountains.
The open, modern kitchen has granite tile counters and tile floors, plush mountain décor area rugs and is completely furnished with everything that you need to create a delicious gourmet meal.

The dining room flows from the kitchen. The beautiful unique custom Western Cedar dining table seats 6 to 8 comfortably with 2 huge windows to enjoy the lovely Rocky Mountains while you dine.

The living room includes a suede couch, love seat and over-sized armchair with tasteful, mahogany furniture. A second gas fireplace is situated in this living room for your warmth and pleasure as is the big screen TV and DVD player. Two more bedrooms are located on this upper level. The Grand Master Suite has a King bed with beautiful carved furniture, a walk-in closet and a private Master bath. It has granite countertops, tile floors and a shower. A flat screen TV is in the Master bedroom.

The second bedroom on the upper level includes 2 Twin Beds which could be re-arranged as a Queen bed with room to spare.

The upper bath includes a tub and shower, tile counters and tile floors and tasteful mountain decorating.

June - August (4 night minimum) $349/night or $2320/week

May, September and October (3 night minimum) $315/night or $2094/week

Nov-April (3 night minimum) $280/night or $1862/week

This home will rent for 2 nights during the winter season (November-April) there is a $130 housekeeping fee added to your rental for a 2 night winter season stay

The peak rate will be charged for all Saturday and Sunday nights in September,

Wednesday-Sunday night of the week of Thanksgiving and the night of Christmas Eve

through New Years Eve
