Who needs a pier or a boat when the fish come to your back yard especially at night!!  This could be because of the shell reef out front of the house on Copano Bay.  

This is a newly remodeled home on Copano Ridge that looks out onto Copano Bay.  It has knotty pine custom cabinets, tile countertops, wood scraped ceramic floors, crown molding, plantation shutters-nice!  The kitchen consists of a range with a double oven, and certainly you'll find a refrigerator and dishwasher.  There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs.  Master bedroom has a King size bed and other 2 bedrooms each have a Queen size bed.  Downstairs bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a full size bathroom.  Dining room table seats 8 however additional seating for 4 is available at the bar.  The living room has a couch, love seat, and two chairs along with a flat screen tv.  All bedrooms with the exception of 1 have tv's.  No smoking and no pets allowed here, thanks.    

 Consider coming with other family or friends and split the costs!!  It is a vacation you can afford!!
